Dr. Brandon Schmidt has practiced in the Whippany, New Jersey area since the start of his career. He attended Montclair State University where he received a Bachelor of Science in Biology. Dr. Schmidt received his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from New Jersey Dental School in Newark, New Jersey. While in dental school, Dr. Schmidt was inducted into the prestigious Gamma Pi Delta Prosthodontic Honor Society. Prior to his acceptance to dental school, Dr. Schmidt worked as an assistant teacher for children with autism.
In addition to private practice, Dr. Schmidt is a Clinical Instructor at Rutgers School of Dental Medicine. As a Clinical Instructor, he oversees patient care as well as teaches and mentors the dental students. He frequently attends continuing education courses and strives to stay up-to-date with the latest dental trends.
Dr. Schmidt resides in Morris County with his wife. He prides himself on providing a comfortable dental experience for all of his patients. His hobbies include playing ice hockey, travelling, and attending sporting events and concerts. He is a member of the American Dental Association, New Jersey Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry and the Tri-County Dental Association
